you picked two of my three favorite things to get at morrison’s. i am more of a fan of parkway’s hot dogs, so i tend to get cheeseburgers. did you know that katie lee joel has a recipe for logan county cheeseburgers in her cookbook, which is just a morrison’s cheeseburger sans wrapper?

While I have never had chicken livers, I do not think that I would like them. Nonetheless, I found your post fascinating. Keep up the good work.

Also, speaking of organ meat, did you see the article in this week’s Time Magazine about new mothers eating their placenta. Perhaps you should look into that and blog on it.
